Oobit $10 Reward Terms

1. Eligibility

1. This Welcome Bonus offer is available exclusively to new users who complete the account verification process on Oobit. Eligible users must:
   • Use an Android or iOS device to access the Oobit app.
   • Be a resident of an EU country. 
   • The offer is valid only once per user.
   • Complete the requirements within 10 days after account verification.

2. Bonus Details

1. The Welcome Bonus will be granted as $10 worth of USDC.
2. The bonus will be credited to the user's account upon completing a minimum of $10 in spending within the Oobit app using the Tap to Pay feature.
3. The bonus is restricted for Tap to Pay transactions only and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn from the Oobit app.
4. This offer is valid until 13/7/25, and will be no longer valid after this date, under any cirucmstences.

3. Verification Process

1. Users must complete the account verification process, including identity verification using valid documentation.
2. All verification details must be accurate and up to date. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification from receiving the bonus.
3. Upon verification completion, users will receive a confirmation message whether their verification was completed successfully. 

4. Bonus Credit and Usage

1. The $10 USDC bonus will be credited to the user's account within 48 hours after successfully completing the Tap to Pay spend requirement.
2. The bonus can be used within our app according to the standard terms of use.

5. Validity Period

1. The Welcome Bonus offer is available from 18/11/2024 until further notice.
2. Users must complete the verification process within this period to be eligible for the bonus.
3. The promotion will expire within 10 days after the user has completed account verification successfully.

6. General Conditions

1. The offer is limited to one bonus per user. Multiple accounts or attempts to claim multiple bonuses will result in disqualification.
2. Our app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
